Now seeing that picture bothered me a lot! What is a child doing with a marker.....okay so they get hold of things they shouldn't occasionally. But what the child did to the baby is what concerns me! How do you know that the dye in the marker isn't toxic? Or worse yet, what if it got in the baby's eyes and blinded it!!!!!!!! Wake up parents...monitor the little ones. I had five kids (all adults now) and never had such things happen....well maybe minor things, but nothing serious. Okay, I know you may not like my comments but hey....I'm now a grandmother so that gives me the right to critize younger moms....in a nice way of course:)
The posts in this blog, specifically those relating to mytholgy and meanings and origins of words, are the result of looking up stuff that I find intersting. These posts must be taken at face value, and hopefully serve as a catalyst to dig further for greater insight. Constructive comments would be appreciated but not expected. Definitions from Britannica World Language edition of the Oxford Dictionary, unless otherwise stated
Not till the loom is silent And the shuttle cease to fly Shall God unroll the canvas And explain the reason why The dark threads are as needfulI n the weavers skilful hand As the threads of gold and silver In the pattern he has planned
