Graham- have you seen the "good cop bad cop" and "the landlord" skits on funnyordie.com? YOU SHOULD. will ferrell is really funny. this reminds me of that.

A while back the police gave chase to what turned out to be a very young kid who had stolen a car. I think the kid wasn't even a teen yet. and i think it was a girl, but then again... my memory aint that great. :-)
